Delivery

Because we only supply businesses with a valid Chamber of Commerce (KVK) or Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE) registration, we first ask you to register with us. After verifying your information, you will receive confirmation that your account has been activated.

Once you have logged in, all prices will be visible.

The minimum order amount excluding shipping costs is €150, and shipping costs within the Netherlands and Belgium are 6% of the total order amount excluding VAT. Orders over €1,500 (excluding VAT) will be delivered free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium. All items are in stock. You will first receive an email confirmation confirming availability. A payment link will be provided, as details can change at any time. After payment, your order will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible by our own transport or DHL.

When you place an order with us, it is always handled with the utmost care. We strive to deliver your order as completely as possible. However, it's possible that an item is no longer available in our offered range. In that case, we reserve the right to offer you the best possible selection at that time. If an item is no longer available in sufficient quantities and there is a difference between the amount paid and the invoice amount, we will immediately refund the difference via the payment method you selected during checkout. We appreciate your understanding.

You can edit your details online during checkout. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide. If our carrier cannot deliver the goods to the delivery address you provided, the order will be returned to our warehouse. We may then resend your order upon payment of the initial shipping costs.
